INSTALLMENT PLAN APPEALS
(Personal Deferment)
This privilege is denied when a late
payment has been received on the personal deferment balance or when an account has shown a
history of bad credit. One year after the privilege has been revoked or after payment of
delinquent fees, whichever is more recent, creating a new favorable credit history, an
appeal may be filed. A favorable decision will be a probationary privilege which may be
revoked with another late account payment. Requests for probationary personal deferments
must be made in writing and received at least 30 days prior to registration, whenever
possible.
